Had a meeting catered and it was so so, went into the actual deli and it was ten times better. I had a juicy fresh ceasar salad, and they toasted up some gluten-free bread for me. Fresh ingredients, speedy service for lunch. Recommend taking a sandwich or salad for a spin.

This place is pretty good. I had the soup and salad combo with the tomato basil soup, which was off the charts, and the Greek salad, which I thought was uninspired...weird, even, with the addition of sliced pepperoni. They also use bottled dressing...Hellman's, I noticed, as I saw her pouring it from the food service mega jar, so their whole "carefully sourced, highest quality ingredients" schtick is just that, and obviously refers to only some ingredients. This ticks me off a little, as I think a place that serves only soup, salad and sandwiches ought to make their own dressings. Their ciabatta bread has the right look and feel, but I found it a bit tasteless, as if they had skimped on the salt. Captain America (aka Doug) had the Cobb Salad and liked it, so some items are better than others here. I would go again and try other things, but I'm not over the moon as some reviewers are about this place.

Delicious, out-of-this-world sandwiches that are carefully prepared like Manny's Tortas in Minneapolis. I had the Balsamic Chicken Hot Sandwich and it was heaven. The sauce was sweet and thick, and the bread was fresh out of the oven! There's just something about this place that I thought was very unique. My coworkers had the Dip and it too looked so appetizing. So if you're tired of Subway or Jimmy Johns or Quiznos and want to try something extraordinary, Crumb Deli is the place to be!

Crumb is a great spot for soup, sandwiches, and/or salads. Everything is fresh and customizable. My favorite reason to love Crumb, they offer gluten free sandwiches! For those of you on a gluten free diet, you know how difficult it is to find good food options, and especially sandwiches! I grew up on the east coast where delis were staples. This really reminds me of being home and allows me to eat the foods I am accustomed to, without blowing my diet. They even have great GF chocolate cookies! Enjoy!

Echoing what everyone else is saying here, you can't beat the service and friendliness of the staff at Crumb. Randy (owner) knows all the regulars by name (me included), the staff knows my order top to bottom and they get it done faster than most drive through joints. Best sandwhiches and soup you have ever had. I'm partial to the cuban dipped in a bowl the tortilla soup with a side of mac n' cheese but all the sandwiches and wraps are great. Here's hoping they expand westward into Chanhassen and Chaska.

It was a Saturday at about noon and the weekly trip to Old Chicago got nixed by a friend, so I figured lets try out a sub shop my wife pointed out a few months ago. Crumbs. We drove a few miles to a strip mall and saw the destination. A subtle shop on the end and we entered and perused the menu. Lots of good stuff, should I go with the Philly Cheese Steak, the Baja Chicken? I opted for the Pub cold sub. The sub was with awesome bread and a nice helping of sirloin steak slices. The horseradish sauce was the selling point of this well crafted sub. There were thick slices of cheddar cheese as well, it seemed like they were aged slices. They do call themselves a gourmet deli, so I wouldn't be surprised. For 7 bucks you get a full sub and chips. I only finished half the sub, they look small, but are very filling. This equaled a great dinner while watching a movie. My wife got the Caesar salad and she loved it, lots of good croutons and fresh lettuce. The ranch was piquant but perky, since she ordered the ranch instead of Caesar dressing. The pickle on the side of the sub was a nice added feature and the service was fantastic. I asked them to wrap up my half sub I didn't finish and while they were doing that the guy behind the counter let me know that they only get the best ingrediants. The sirloin is supposed to be top notch. Seven bucks for a sub is a little high for me, but overall it was a cool mom and pop sub shop.

Food was far below average. I do not understand the postive reviews, I assume it is related to the lack of good food options outside of Minneapolis. Relatively speaking this place may be considered good, but that isn't saying much. If I could, I would give it zero stars. Awful!

This place is awesome! The service is excellent and the portions are large. I got the philly cheese steak. The bread and cheese were perfect. The meat was a little chewy and wasn't great. The side pasta salad is a delicious small add on for no extra charge.

Inside is nice and is a very quick stop. Food was average. Stop if you need a decent meal quickly.

I can not say enough about the level of service this place has! I am constantly in a bind to provide a healthy option of food to a midsize group of customers (10-35 people). Crumb always comes through and with a smile on their faces they carry it to my car. Sometimes I only give them an hour or so to get it ready and they have never turned me away! I love this place, the people, and the food!

Wow, this place is great! Delicious sandwiches and the soups are awesome too. Free wifi so I even work out of here sometimes.

Stopped in the other day for a quick lunch with out of town relatives. So glad we did. I had forgotten how fresh and yummy their sandwiches and salads were. The soups we tried were delish. Will definitely stop more often!

We came here for a quick lunch. I had the balsamic sandwich and the wild rice soup. Both the sandwich and the soup were delicious! Loved the sandwich! My friend had the house salad and the tomato soup. She said both were great! The people were nice and we got our food fairly quickly. This was a great find. Perfect spot if you need a quick lunch and want something healthy and tasty!

What's not to like? Friendly service, fresh ingredients, nice patio outdoors overlooking a marsh--all good things. I had the Greek salad and a diet coke, and couldn't find a thing wrong with it. This is another example of how Yelp comes through for its users! My mom said, "Let's find a place for a sandwich in Eden Prairie." So I asked Yelp and found success. Thanks, Yelpers!

Crumb is a unique sandwich shop that takes things to a whole new level. My fellow employees and I always go to Crumb as our default because everyone can find something they like and nobody leaves unhappy. We even bring or take out food here for some of our client meetings and every single person has had a positive response to the food. Sure the prices are a bit higher (only a bit ) than your average Subway but the sandwiches, soup, wraps, and overall quality of food destroys anything else nearby. The staff is genuine and polite as well. Take a moment and stop by this hidden gem. You and everyone with you will be glad you did.

I had lunch one afternoon at Crumb while out shopping with my husband and son. I had checked it out on yelp before going there and saw that it was getting almost a 5 star rating. I think that the food was good, but not special. I expected there to be a few baked desserts; more than the few cookies I saw that did not look all that appealing. Then my pasta salad was taken out of a refrigerator and it was prepackaged for convenience I think. This is a good place to pick up a quick salad or sandwich and is very basic.

This could be my new neighborhood favorite. Somehow I heard mixed reviews on this place when it first opened up. I never tried it out because of that and now I know what I've been missing. I was pleasantly surprised on a recent visit there for lunch. They have a plenty of sandwiches (and wraps) to choose from and you can even build your own. There is a list of salads and soups and I tried the Southwest salad. Good fresh ingredients. Their bread has an "artisan" flare to it. I'm not sure if they have any "whole wheat options" but they do offer "gluten free". The space is airy and nice. Not a lot of tables so I guess it could have the potential to be a little crowed if it's during a busy time. One of the only problems I see for this place is that if you're traveling west on Hwy 312 there's not an exit for Mitchell Road. You have to be a little familiar with the area or remember to take a different route. They say....Live Well. Eat Well....and I like that!

I live about two minutes away from Crumb, and I can't believe I didn't come here more often growing up! What I love most about this place is how fresh and healthy all the ingredients are. The guy literally pulled out a pear and diced it up for my salad right in front of me. That sort of transparency allows you to really appreciate the quality of the food here. At first I thought the price for a 1/2 salad + 1/2 sandwich was a little steep ($7.75), but honestly you get your money's worth. I got about 2+ cups of greens, a sizable 1/2 sandwich, and an apple to go along with that. Fills me up every time. I highly recommend the house salad, which comes with a fantastic balsamic vinaigrette.

Set apart from others with excellent ingredients and unique options. Crumb is the kind of lunch place you can finish eating and actually still feel good. The ingredients are of high quality, and the options are all very tempting. They have some standard sandwich options, but mostly they are unique and you won't find them elsewhere. It does get a bit busy during the lunch rush, but not so bad that I won't stop in for a bite. They take care with each sandwich and make sure that it is made how you want it. It is slightly more expensive then Jimmy Johns or Subway, but you get something that has full flavors and tastes almost homemade. I'll be back, many many times, since this is conveniently right down the street from my house.

Crumb is a delightful find in the seemingly endless chain restaurant desert of Eden Prairie that you would be more likely to find in Uptown or South Minneapolis; a truly delicious AND affordable privately owned sandwich and soup shop that utilizes fresh ingredients to create cuisine that is simple yet incredibly flavorful. They have the BEST Cuban I've had anywhere. I was truly surprised at how perfectly executed it is. It could have come straight off a food cart rolling down the streets of Havana - that's literally how authentic this sandwich was. Their lunch specials rock - with tax and tip, you can get a half sandwich/soup/salad for right around $10 with a small drink. And the portions are quite large for being 'half' size. Also, the staff are very friendly/efficient, and the place is well decorated and always the right temperature (it was perfectly cool when I first visited in August during the only 'heat wave' Minneapolis experienced this last summer, and then perfectly warm on a crisp October day when I visited again). If you live on the southwest side of the city, or happen to be passing through, and need a delicious, healthy and affordable place to grab a quick bite, Crumb is my go to in the Eden Prairie/Edina/Shakopee/West Bloomington area, and I stop in whenver I have business on that side of MSP.

I've gotten a variety of things in here, and I'm always impressed by the quality and freshness of the ingredients. Even the bread, not even toasted, plain is delicious. I got the roast beef (I forget now what they call it), and the greek salad - so good. The portions are generous, and I ate everything.

I've been dining here for years and have never been disappointed. Great soups and sandwiches, the owner really takes pride in everything that is served to his patrons. The dip and the Cuban are highly recommended.

Tried Crumb for lunch today since it was close to the house. Simple selections overall but with a little creativity sprinkled in! We tried the Tomato basil soup (a little too reminiscent of pasta sauce but it was flavorful at least) and Wild rice soup (no comparison to Grandma's Restaurant, but tasty). Also tried the House Salad and Dip Sandwich which were good, but nothing too mouthgasm worthy. The chicken breast on the salad was worth the extra $...very juicy and moist. I would definitely go back! Friendly service, and prices are not at all expensive in my opinion for the amount of food you get. You can order the half sandwich and soup and STILL get another side item (either pasta salad, fruit, bread, coleslaw). Its a lot of food!

Today, my boyfriend and I thought it would be fun to try Crumb for lunch since he works nearby. We were pleasantly surprised to find that they were celebrating their 5th anniversary by giving away koozies and selling sandwiches and salads for $5! The line was very long, but we got our orders in good time. The service was excellent and the people were friendly. As for the menu, they offer a great selection of salads, sandwiches (hot and cold), and soups for all cravings. I got half a Balsamic sandwich with half a House salad (for $5 of course). Both were delicious! The bread for the sandwich was soft but had a nice crust, and the chicken was moist and flavorful. Like everyone says, they really do have the best ingredients. I also thought it was nice that they offered fresh fruit to go with the meal. My boyfriend ordered the Dip sandwich, a roast beef sandwich that comes with a dipping sauce. He ate the whole thing, which was a good sign since he's kind of a picky eater :) I can't wait to go back and try the Baja and other sandwiches! The major negative thing (although not that major) that stood out to me is the venue. It's located off of a busy highway, and there isn't much parking during the lunch hour, with a few other restaurants nearby to compete with. The inside of the deli doesn't really read "deli" as I think of it, but rather seems like just another chain store with industrial decorations and dark slate tiles. I wish it was more cozy and inviting. All in all, a great place. I will definitely be visiting more often.

This place is absolutely scrumptious! You can tell even from the outside of the deli (located at the end of a row of shops on an unassuming strip mall) that it's going to be good. Seriously. Crumb has a very tasty, eclectic menu. I had the Monterey turkey sandwich--oven roasted turkey, tomatoes, avocado, romaine, havarti and chipotle mayo on multi-grain bread. Wow. Amazingly fresh and flavorful. My husband had the Cuban-- roasted pork, ham, swiss, pickles, dijon mustard, light mayo on toasted ciabatta. Absolutely perfect. Gosh, even the potato chips that came with it were way above average! The ambiance in the place was right on-- modern without being trendy, not too loud, plenty of seating, and comfortable. The staff were really nice (although being from Chicago, it seems like everyone in the Minneapolis area is that way....). Crumb- -please open up more delis-- preferably in the Chicago area?

Very good food and great service. Everything is homemade. The restaurant is clean with a decent amount of sitting and an outside patio area.

Only 2 stars this is NOT a gourmet deli! Ugh false advertising. Seems like it should be good- menu options are great but the sauces in the sandwiches and the soup tasted like they were canned. The view out back is super beautiful but I would have rather had Subway- at least there I know what to expect.

I thought the ambiance was nice and I like the outdoor patio. The food wasn't anything to write home about. I got a lunch menu item, it was a very plain, standard sandwich.

I eat lunch here at least once a week. A nice variety of soups, salad, and sandwiches. Everything is relatively simple, but the quality ingredients make everything pop. Highly recommended.

We've gotten take out here a few times and have always been happy. It's definitely a step up from your typical chain like JJs, Subway or Quizno's. The sandwiches are freshly made with quality ingredients. On our last visit, we ordered a turkey sandwich with bacon, a Cubano, chicken tortilla soup, pasta salad and a rice crispy treat for dessert. Both sandwiches were pretty good. The cubano was stuffed with plenty of meat, gooey cheese and topped with a sliced pickle. The soup was flavorful and not too salty. Pasta salad was great as well. If Crumb was close to my office or home I would definitely put it on my list of regulars but I'll just have to keep it in mind if I'm out in the area.

I've driven by this place a million times and have always been intrigued. I'm glad I finally checked it out! The food is simple, but tasty. Definitely worth considering if you're looking for a sandwich and are tired of the usual chain places. Portion sizes are just right, if not on the more generous side. The house salad is delicious.
